I am soooo sorry to hear of June's passing. June toured with me with Vantage Travel and we kept in touch via email and phone calls.
I travelled with June to Las Vegas in 2013 and had a fabulous time.
My condolences.
She was a spunky lady, and we laughed a lot.

I remember June Spargo so well from her Algebra classes at Pennsville Memorial High School. She never knew, I don't think, how much she influenced my life and my career in electronics and computers, and my management career. I remember her as stern and compassionate at the same time. We all learned a lot from her. She was an incredible teacher and also a person one could really look up too.

Ms. Spargo was an amazing teacher, colleague.....and friend. She had such a heart and thought so much of her students and friends that she could easily tell them "how it really was" in her own unique way! As a new teacher she made me feel so welcomed and I will never forget her encouragement. Her outspokeness could not be rivaled and yet, her love for education and fellow educators will never be forgotten. She will be so very missed~

Ms. Spargo made math a joy to learn and was loved by every one of her students. When it came time for me to decide whether I should be a music educator or an engineer... she helped guide me and here I am many years later still enjoying a computer software development career and music. I have thought of her often throughout my life.

Ms. Spargo was a dynamic woman. She was tough, but fair. She always had your best interest at heart. I have fond memories of her as our class advisor and going to meetings at her house. She was a caring woman with a strong passion for education. You will be missed.

Sorry to hear about the passing of June. As a new teacher in the 70s at Pennsville Junior High , I respected and feared June. Attempting to create what I considered a fair travel group at the school..my ideas were dismissed...however..on those trips overseas with June..I witnessed how she could command instant awe from students from other high schools. I shall never forget June. May she rest in peace.

Ms. Spargo was an amazing math teacher and taught me not only how to conquer math, but to love it in the process. She was truly an inspiration.
