What a wonderful and gentle man. I only taught in Pennsville for three years (93-96) but I enjoyed his easygoing manner. May the fish be plentiful

I have fond memories of my girls enjoying Frank as their Science teacher as well as his passion for Pennsville School District. His service to the district as a school board member was important to decisions that will last forever.

Frank was my basketball coach as well as teacher, and I enjoyed my many hours with him. My favorite memory is the day after the Beatles first appeared on the Ed Sullivan show. Confronted by the buzz in the classroom, "Mr. Dilks" announced "Mark my words... 6 months from now, no one will remember the Beatles!" He was a great guy and I wish him endless big fish.

Please accept my deepest sympathy for I too know the pain of losing someone as important as a father. May your family find comfort as I have in knowing that our loving heavenly Father promises us that very soon he will 'swallow up death forever, and wipe away the tears from all faces.' (Isaiah 25:8) What a wonderful day that will be!
