John Wesley Cheeseman, Jr. age 86 of Pennsville passed away Sunday October 25, 2020 at his residence. He was born in Salem and was the son of the late John Weslely Cheeseman, Sr. and Ella Mae Vanneman Cheeseman. He was employed as a chemical operator for the DuPont Chambers Works, Deepwater, NJ where he retired following many years service and was an Army veteran of the Korean War. John Was a longtime Pennsville resident of Pennsville and is survived by his daughter, Jodi Wynn Ruggiano and her husband Fred Ruggiano, grandsons, kyle and Jay Ruggiano, sister, Ann Betts and predeceased by his wife Lynn E. Cheeseman (10/12/2013) and a sister, Audrey McDaniel. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. A memorial service will be held 11:30 AM Friday November 27th at the Trinity United Methodist Church, 75 S. Broadway, Pennsville, NJ where friends may call from 10:30 to 11:30 prior to the service. Burial of cremains will follow at 1:00 PM at the Finn's Point National Cemetery, Pennsville. www.laughreyfuneralhome.com
