We are extremely saddened to announce the passing of our brother Thomas E Cooksey On Friday April 20, 2020 Tom Passed away at the age of 70 at the Sutherland Care Center in Sutherland, Nebraska. Tom was born to, and preceded in death by his parents James and Mildred Cooksey in Salem, NJ. He was also preceded in death by his Partner of 40 years Charles Taucreti "Charlie". Brothers, William Cooksey (Beetle) and his wife Sandy Cooksey, Lynn Cooksey, and Robert Cooksey. Tom is survived by his brothers James Cooksey 3rd and Ronald Cooksey, sister (Marilyn Eller), sister in-laws, Mary Beth Cooksey, Evelyn Cooksey and Pam Cooksey, brother in-law (Wayne Eller), nieces, Christine Cooksey, Denise Pankok, Linda Kay Cooksey, Marcia Dempsey Ronnie Lynn Beyl, and Chrissy Renner, nephews, John Cooksey, Scott Cooksey, Lynn Cooksey Jr. and Nick Cooksey. Tom's home town was Pennsville, NJ. Tom worked in the hospitality industry at restaurants throughout the country and eventually settled in Omaha NE. where he spent the last 25 years of his life. Tom was a fun loving generous kind person with a giant personality. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him. www.laughreyfuneralhome.com
