Della R. McNulty (nee Vernouski) age 95, of Pennsville passed away peacefully at home on November 17, 2019. Della was born at home in Pittston, PA on November 11, 1924. She worked for the federal government during WWII and Married Donald J. McNulty, Sr. in Washington, DC on June 18, 1945.
They had two children Donna and Donald, Jr. Della overcame the effect of a stroke as a young woman and afterword led a productive life.
Della is predeceased by her husband Donald J. McNulty, Sr., brothers, Leo, Willy, and Charles, sisters, Julia, Ann, and Mary.
She is survived by a daughter, Donna DiPinto and her husband Anthony, and a son Donald J. McNulty, Jr. who was her caregiver and a granddaughter, Stefanie DiPinto.
The family would like to thank Red Oak Hospice for their Compassionate care and to her caregivers, Karen Loretta, Rita and Jennifer.
Mass of Christian burial will be held 11:00 AM on Wednesday November 20, at the St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish/Corpus Christi Church 369 Georgetown Rd. Carneys Point, NJ. Friends may call Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and 9:30 to 10:30 AM on Wednesday prior to Mass at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville.
