Michael C. Stocklin, 48, of Pennsville, New Jersey, departed this life on May 24, 2019 at home after a valiant battle with glioblastoma brain cancer. He was the son of the late Bud and Jane Stocklin. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Mike Lindsay; his sister, Michelle Stocklin; and his niece, Victoria Lindsay.
Michael graduated in 1989 from St. James High School and went on to work in the cafeteria at Mannington Mills and in the toy department at Walmart. A devout Catholic, Michael was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church in New Castle, Delaware.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 30, 2019, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Viewing will be held at the church at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Lawnside Cemetery in Woodstown, New Jersey. www.laughreyfuneralhome.com
