Charlette A. "Charl" Paleschic, age 60 of Woodstown passed away on Tuesday May 17, 2010 at the Elmer Community Hospital. She was born in Bryn Mawr, PA and was the daughter of the late John B. II and Anne J. Putnam Austin. Charl was a lifelong Salem County resident. She was currently employed as an assistant activities director at the Friends Village at Woodstown and has been part of the compassionate care for the elderly for the past 30 years. She received recognition from the state of NJ for initiating the Adopt a Grandparent program in the state. Survived by her husband, Stephen D. Paleschic, children, Christopher S. Paleschic and his wife Sherri of Bridgeton, Michele A. Roberts of Woodstown, David M. Paleschic and his wife Christina of Alloway, and Nicole R. Reiter and her husband Charles of Woodstown, brother, John B. "Steve" Austin, III of Elsinboro, grandchildren, Joshua, Devan, Dannielle, Tyler, Cristina, Kelsey, Brianna, Daniel, James, Kerigan, and Autumn, God Children, Stacey, Joe, Stephen and Jordan. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Saturday May 20th at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville where friends may call Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Burial will be at the Fernwood Cemetery, Bridgeton. In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association, Delaware Valley Chapter, 339 Market St., Ste 102, Philadelphia, PA. 19160
