Harry E Springer, 75 of Pennsville, NJ passed away on July 18, 2018. He was born in Salem and was the son of the late Harry A and Evelyn (Workman) Springer.
Harry served his country enlisting in the Army in 1963 where he was stationed in South Korea. Upon discharge, Harry began his career at Anchor Hocking as an operator for over 35 years retiring in 1999. He was a bow, gun and black powder hunter; also fishing was top on his list. He was the Sr. Vice Commander at the Pennsville VFW Post 1952.
Harry is survived by his wife of 52 years, Sarah E (McGraw) Springer, daughters Stephanie Springer, Peggy Bunt and Kathleen Whitman (Heath), 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Predeceased by his sister Shirley A Schlipf of Drexel Hill, PA.
Graveside services with honors will be held 10:00 AM Thursday July 26, at the Salem County Veterans Cemetery.
