Helen (Tillett) Scott, age 85 of Pennsville went home to be with the Lord on April 16, 2011 at Merion Gardens in Carneys Point, surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Scott married William Scott In Sept. 1945 and they remained devoted to each other for 65 years, traveling throughout the United States, Ireland, England, Italy, France, Greece, Germany, Budapest, and several islands. Mrs. Scott worked as a secretary for Hygrade bakery and Pennsville eye doctor Kimmel in the late 1960s to put her children through college. But her true calling and greatest joy in life was wife and mother. She is survived by husband William Scott, children David Scott (Jane) Eileen Eastlack (Carl) and Jeffrey Scott (Starlyn); sister, Virginia Hill of MI, 8 grandchildren Tara (Scott) Audette , Moira (Scott) Flanigan; Kelly (Eastlack) Helt, Sean Eastlack, Christopher Eastlack; Ryan Scott, Erin Scott Meghan Scott and 11 great grandchildren, Alycia, Lilly, Max, Liam, Abby, Collette, Ava, Ireland, Chase, Riley, and Payton due in August. Funerals services will be held 11:00 AM Wed. April 20 at Trinity United Methodist Church, Pennsville where friends may call for 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the service.
