My thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of Rick. I New Rick from working with him at Phwy. Dept. I dated his step and I really got to know him better in life. Rick was an out going guy who treated me very well and would do anything for anybody. He's surely going to be miss by everyone who knew him. R.I.P. Rick.
