Sandra L. "Sandy" Mauser, age 69, of Pennsville, NJ died peacefully on January 22, 2017 surrounded by her family, following a long battle with cancer. Born in Glassboro, NJ and daughter of Charles N. Griffith and the late Virginia D. Griffith. She is predeceased by her loving husband of 35 years, Francis M. Mauser. She is survived by daughters Stacey M. Smith (Jeffrey), Alicia A. Bianco (Michael), Nicole L. Whorl (Gregory), sister Gayle E. Bordeaux (David), 7 grandchildren, and her loving cat, Sasha. Sandy retired in 2008 from the Chesapeake Bay Girl Scout Council following many years of service. Her favorite pastimes were listening to Elvis, traveling, poolside lounging, and spending time with family at the beach. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:00 AM at the Laughrey Funeral Home, One North Broadway, Pennsville, NJ 08070 where friends may call Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 PM.
