Leonora A. Phero, age 91 of Pennsville died Tuesday March 8, 2016 at the Memorial Hospital of Salem County. She was born in Clayton, NJ and was the daughter of late Clarence W. and Rosanna L. Ferral Andrews. Leonora was a longtime Pennsville resident.
She worked for the former Lou's Clothing Store in Salem as a sales clerk for many years and Anchor Hocking in Salem. She enjoyed gardening, traveling and the outdoors.
Survived by a son Devlin G. Phero of Pennsville, brothers, Clarence W. Andrews, Jr. of Audubon, NJ, Ralph J. Andrews of Mineola, FL, John F. Ardrews of Sun City Center, FL, sisters, Lauretta Tomsic of Merritt Island, FL, Eleanore Carr of Quinton, NJ, Naomi Fogg of Pennsville.
Predeceased by her husband George P. Phero (1990) sister, Winifred Glunt.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday March 11 at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro. www.laughreyfuneralhome.com
