Linda S. Baker, age 61, of New Castle, DE and formerly of Pennsville, N. J., died Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at the Seasons Hospice, Newark, DE. She was born in Meyersdale, Pa. Oct. 20, 1953, and was the daughter of the late Ralph Hoyman and Kathryn Lucille Baker.
After graduation from Pennsville High School, she was employed at different banking institutions, and was recently employed as a bank teller for the Harvest Community Bank in Pennsville for the past 10 years.
Survived by her Uncle Bruce (Linda) Baker of Wilmington, DE., Aunt Sally (Charles) Hetrick of Palm Springs, CA; Aunt Mary Hoyman of Cape Coral, Fl; cousins Jan (Mark) Stephens of New Castle, DE; William (Sherry) Hoyman of CapeCoral, FL; Roger (Donna) Baker, Springfield, Pa; Rodney (Kim) Hetrick, Yucca Valley, CA; Sharyn Hall of Magnolia, DE; Scott (Joyce) Baker of N. Ft. Myers, FL; Rex Baker of Newark, DE; Krissann (Fred) Witt of Newark, DE and numerous other cousins on the Hoyman side and children of the late Velma Butler family.
Interment will be at the Highland Cemetery, Garrett, Pa. at the discretion of the family. A celebration of life will be held in Pennsville at a date to be announced. www.laughreyfuneralhome.com
