Harry Chambers Sr., 75 of Pennsville passed peacefully, May 10, 2015, with his family by his side. Harry is survived by his wife, of nearly 50 years, Joan (Ogbin), his son Harry Jr., wife Marybeth (Freas), and three grandchildren Brandon, Jordan, and Jessilyn. Harry is also survived by a sister Evelyn Kiger (husband Harlen), brother John Chambers (wife Maureen), brother-in-law Wilbur Ogbin (wife EJ), sister-in-law Sharon (husband George), and multiple nieces and nephews. Harry retired from Dupont where he worked for 30 years. Through the years, Harry enjoyed fishing with his buddies and taking care of his lawn. His favorite thing to do was watch his grandchildren grow. Harry could be seen, on any sunny day, sitting on his swing with his grandchildren playing by his side. He will be missed by all that had the opportunity to know him. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Harry may be made in support of Bladder Cancer Research – Dr. Jean Hoffman-Censits at Jefferson.
