Eva May Hymer Massey, 95, of Canton NJ passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Feb 26th. She completed her circle of life on Buck Horn Road, the same road she grew up on. Born in Greenwich NJ, she was raised by her Grandparents, John and Martha Jane Hymer. Eva was a hard worker, her hands always busy. She retired at the age of 80 after working for Dr Cramer and Dr Perlsweig of Salem for over 30 years. She enjoyed traveling, crocheting, baking, and sewing and left us with a lot of afghans, doilies, and wonderful memories. Predeceased by her husband Willard Massey, she is survived by her daughters, Jo Ann Massey (Barry) Campbell of Seal Rock OR and JoHanna M (Terry) Newell of BelHaven NC. Her Grandchildren, Donald (Nancy) Gunning Jr, Kimberlie (Ryan) Cruzan, Jennifer (Kyle) Lee, Alison (Don) Kolbe and Jericho Biggs. Her Great-Grandchildren, Zachary, Sarah, Anabell, Phoebe, Scott and Arlo. She is also survived by her sister, Luella Elwell of Bridgeton. The family would like to express their appreciation to Memorial Home Health & Hospice of Salem County and ask that in lieu of flowers that contributions be made to them.
