George M. Milligan age 26 of Pennsville died Thursday October 7, 2010 at the Memorial Hospital of Salem County. He was born in Darby, PA and is the son of George W. and Theresa A. (Ervin) Milligan of Pennsville. George has been a resident of Pennsville for the past 13 years and a former resident of Delaware County, PA.He was employed as a machine mechanic for Intrapac of Swedesboro, NJ.
He loved fishing and was an avid Philadelphia sports fan as well as great friend to many.Along with his parents he is survived by his brothers, Joseph R. and Matthew W. Milligan of Pennsville and his sister Melissa A. Stockwell and husband Rodney of Quinton, Fianc, Kimberlee "Rizz" Rizzo of Pennsville, maternal grandmother Mary Theresa Ervin of Pedricktown, NJ, nephew Robert R. Trauger, niece and God daughter Mary Jane Stockwell, as well as Mark Stockwell.Funeral services will be held 8:00 PM on Wednesday October 13, at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville, NJ where friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 PM prior to the service. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to the Pennsville Memorial High School, Athletic Department.
