Though we are not actual relatives, I always considered Bill as family. Throughout my senior year of high school, I worked for Bill and his son. Bill taught me the importance of punctuality and hard work. I loved hearing his stories, even if I heard it the day before. After I joined the military, Bill would always describe himself to my parents as being my first drill sergeant. He was a lively person that I could never get enough of talking to, rich with life experiences. I will miss him and never forget him.
