Fay Rafine, age 62 of Pennsville died Tuesday January 18, 2011 at the Memorial Hospital of Salem County. She was born in Philadelphia and was the daughter of the late Archie L. Strickland, Sr., and Josephine Reardon Strickland Cline. Fay was a lifelong Pennsville resident. She attended High School at the Pennsville Memorial High School where she meet her husband James C. Rafine Sr. and married in 1963. Fay is also survived by two sons, James C. Rafine, Jr. and David A. Rafine of Pennsville, four brothers, Archie L. Strickland, Jr. and his wife Barbara of Newark, DE, Gary D. Strickland and his wife Nancy of Carney's Point, NJ, David P. Strickland and his wife Debbie of Shiloam Springs, AR, Melvin W. Cline of Penns Grove, NJ, one sister, Eva G. Pickering of Carney's Point, NJ, four grandchildren, Amanda, Sean, Tanielle and Jesse Rafine and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday Jan. 24th at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the service. Burial will be private at the Finn's Point National Cemetery, Pennsville.
