Sara Emilie Adams, age 76 of Pennsville went home to be with the Lord on Friday January 3, 2014 at the Cooper University Hospital, Camden. Emilie was born in Pennsville and was the daughter of the late Howard C Elliott, Sr. and Sara Davis Elliott. She was a lifelong Pennsville resident and a graduate of Salem High School.
Lifelong member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, Pennsville and enjoyed singing
Survived by a daughter, Sharon Keaton and her husband Cletus of Loxahatchee, FL and a son Sherman G. Adams of Morgantown, WV, sister, Alberta Collier, 2 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
Predeceased by her loving and devoted husband Sherman G. Adams, Sr. (2009), brothers Howard, Jr., Charles, Walter, Archie, and William Carl Elliott, sister, Barbara Raine.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday January 10 at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Lawnside Cemetery, Woodstown.
