Donald H. Chapman Donald Howard Chapman, age 78, of Pennsville passed away peacefully at home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 20th, 2013. His wife Peggy was by his side. Mr. Chapman was born in Canton, NJ. He was the son of the late Burton and Ella Kadlac Chapman. Mr. Chapman worked at Anchor Hocking Glass for 44 years. He loved his family, enjoyed working tirelessly in his vegetable garden and all things South Jersey. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Peggy Ann Vaughn Chapman, and children Joni Cogan (Tom) of Pennsville, Donnie Chapman (Sari) of Clarksville, MD, and Lori Maahs of Pennsville; brother Ray Chapman of Woodstown, NJ; sisters, Jean Hill of Pennsville, Edith Janes of South Carolina, Brenda Karstetter of Pennsville, and grandchildren Jeff (Angela) and Lindsay Cogan, Emily and Alissa Chapman and Macy Maahs. Mr. Chapman is predeceased by his daughter Gail Marie, brothers Burton, Guy, and Nelson Chapman, his sister Irene Heil and his son-in-law Bruce Maahs. Services will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, November 23rd in Laughrey Funeral Home, 1 North Broadway, Pennsville where family and friends may call after 10:00 am.
