Welford L. Dolbow, age 76 of Pennsville died Friday March 1, 2012 at the Memorial Hospital of Salem County. He was born in Salem and was the son of the late George and Thelma Epperson Dolbow. Will was a lifelong Pennsville resident. He was employed as a supervisor for the DuPont Chambers Works where he retired following over 40 years service. Member of the DuPont Veterans Association, Salem County Sportmens Club and a former member of the Deepwater Fire Company. Survived by his wife Marie A. Wilson Dolbow, Children, Steven E. Dolbow of Ct, Linda C. Powell (Ron) of Pennsville, Sharon Handy (Allen) of Carneys Point, Stepson, Edward Dobson, 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren. Predeceased by a son, Jeffrey A. Dolbow and a daughter Mary E. Bradley, brother, Donald Dolbow, sister, Ethel Patterson, granddaughter, Debbie Gatzow. Funeral services will be held 8:00 PM on Tuesday March 5, at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville where friends may call 6:00 to 8:00 PM prior to the service. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to the Fox Chase Cancer Center 333 Cottman Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19111.
