Jane Brown, age 84 of Pennsville died Sunday February 24, 2013 at the Memorial Hospital of Salem County. She was born in Cattlet, VA and was the daughter of the late James Wallace and Mary Jane Florence Ennis. She has been resident of Pennsville since 1954. She was employed at Anchor Hocking Glass, Salem in the selection department for 27 years as a selector then promoted to carton inspector. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, dancing and working in the yard and also spending time with her grandchildren. Survived by sons, Wallace L. Brown and wife Cheri of Elkton, Md, Charles L. Brown and wife Kathy of Carneys Point and daughter Nancy Galey and husband Dan of Pennsville, 14 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter. Predeceased by sisters Evelyn Allen, Frances Ennis and Gladys Neitzey, brothers, Allen Ennis, Ashley Ennis, Walton Batzell, and Richard Batzell. Family and friends may call 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday Feb. 28, at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville. Burial will be private.
