Elizabeth Fox Parks Maurer age 93 of Pennsville passed away peacefully on November 5, 2012 at the home of her daughter Maggie. She was born in Carney's Point and was the daughter of the late Ralph C. and Laura E. Toulson Fox. She was a lifelong resident of Salem County. Mrs. Maurer was a school bus driver for 26 years. Lifelong member of the Star Circle of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Pennsville, XYZ Senior Citizens Club and a 1938 graduate of Salem High School. Survived by a daughter Margaret "Maggie" Morrison and her husband Joe, sons Albert Parks and his wife Alice, Ralph Parks and his wife Shelley, Larry Parks and his wife Barbara, daughter-in-law, Terry Parks, 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 2 nephews, 8 step Children, 12 Step great grandchildren. Predeceased by her first husband, Albert Parks and second husband Oscar Maurer, sister, Emma Bergbauer, son Jack Parks, and grandson, Richie Miller. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday Nov. 9, at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the service. Burial will follow at the St. Georges Cemetery, Pennsville. In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to the South Jersey Health Care, Hospice Care, P.O. box 160 Bridgeton, NJ 08302.
