Roger L. Osborn Obituary
Roger L. Osborn, age 69 of New Castle, DE and a former Deepwater resident passed away suddenly on November 2, 2012 at his home. He was born in Salem and was the son of the late David and ada Hubble Osborn.
He worked for the Delaware River and Bay Authority where he retired followin 26 years service. His passion was the Fire Company.
Survived by a sister, Barbara A. Whisenant of Pennsville, niece Stephanie, nephews, Edward, Derek and Dale, several great and great great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday Nov. 8, at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the service, Burial will follow at the East View Cemetery, Salem.
