Obituary of Veronica A. Dennis

Veronica A. ("Ronnie") Dennis, age 73, of Carneys Point, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 15, 2012. Born in Bayonne, she moved to Penns Grove as a young girl and remained in the area her whole life. She loved gardening, playing games, the beach and pool, watching her grandchildren's various sporting events, spending time with family and friends and going to Florida for the winter months. She was Treasurer for the Ranch Hope Women's Auxiliary and volunteered at the Ranch Hope Thrift Shop. Survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Frank; 3 daughters, Debbie (Hank), Donna (Richie), Lori (Butch); 6 grandchildren, Lindsay (Eric), Ryan, Robbie, Brynn, Paige and Drew; 2 great granddaughters, twins Harper and Magdalayna; 4 sisters, Betty (Jim), Cathy (Ed), Eileen (Dave), Jeanne (Ellio); 2 brothers, Pat (Bev), Bill (Bette); 4 sister-in-laws, Jen, Peg, Mona and Joan and many, many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents James and Jeannette (nee Patterson) Brown and 6 brothers, Peter (Lil), Alec (Della), Art, James, Joseph and John. Ronnie's smile and laughter touched many lives of the countless friends and family who will miss her dearly. Services will be at Ranch Hope Chapel, 45 Sawmill Road, Alloway, NJ at 11 am on Saturday, August 18. Friends may call from 10-11:00 prior to the service.
