Elaine Levitsky Ross, of Pennsville passed away on Monday January 30, 2012 at the Golden Rehabilitation and Nursing Home, Mannington. Elaine was born in Atlantic City and was the daughter of the late Abe and Ida Rosenfeld Levitsky. She was a longtime Pennsville resident. She was a school teacher for the Pennsville Board of Education and taught in the Middle School where she retired in 1988. Prior to teaching in Pennsville she taught in the Salem Middle and High Schools. Survived by her beloved husband Charles Ross, sons, David Sherman Ross and Andrew Ross and his wife Charmain, brother, Horace Levitsky, sister Rita Levitsky White, grandchildren, Jason Ross, Andrew Charles Ross, Dylan Victor Ross, Giannie Ross and Brianna Ross, sister-in-law, Mary Margaret Taylor. Predeceased by brothers, Norman Levitsky, and Aaron "Sonny" Levitsky, sisters, Florence Levitsky and Dorothy Levenson. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM on Wednesday February 1, at the Lawnside Cemetery, Woodstown.
