Mary L. McLaughlin, age 80 of Pennsville died Wednesday January 11, 2012 at the Friends Village at Woodstown. Mary was born in Cambridge, MD and was the daughter of the late William B. and Jennie L. Kinnamon Cox. She was a longtime Pennsville resident. She formerly worked at the YMCA in Penns Grove, DuPont Chambers Works and as a Court clerk for the Township of Pennsville. Survived by her husband Bernard J. "Bennie" McLaughlin, III, children, Bernard J. McLaughlin, IV (Mary), Huntsville, AL., James C. McLaughlin, Cynthia L. Stiles (Ray), and Andrea M. Sosnowik (Richard), brother, William B. Cox, Jr (Ruth) all of Pennsville, sister, Sylvia White of Salem,8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren. Predeceased by brothers, Clinton Cox, and Ted Cox. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday Jan. 14 at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville where friends may call Friday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the service. Burial will be at the Salem County Veterans Cemetery, Pilesgrove.
