Dominic M. Giordano, age 98 of Pennsville died Monday November 21, 2011 at the Southgate Health Care Center, Carney's Point. Born in Astoria, NY he was the son of the late Sabitino and Dominica Natilino Giordano. Dominic was a 15 year resident of Pennsville resident and formerly a longtime Philadelphia resident. Dominic was a union baker local 6 out of Philadelphia AFLCIO Bakers an Confection for over 45 years. Member of the Queen of the Apostles Church of Pennsville. Survived by his children, Dominica Decina of Gendora, PA, Dominick A. Giordano, Jr. and Michael J. Giordano and his wife Kathleen of Pennsville, 15 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 18 great great grandchildren. Predeceased by his wife Jennie Rose Aucello Giordano (2009), son Samuel Giordano, brothers, Michael, Joseph and John Giordano, sisters Antonette Proto, Elizabeth DelGramastro, and Rose Giordano. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 AM Monday Nov. 28, at the Queen of the Apostles Church, Pennsville where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the Mass. Entombment will be at the Holy Cross Cemetery, Philadelphia.
