Mark Allen Ackley of New Castle, De died early evening of December 1, 2024 at Accent Hospice in Christiana, De. He had been fighting cancer for the past year.
Born October 28, 1959, in Pilesgrove, NJ

He served in the Army as a combat engineer and was a Truck driver, and avid Harley rider.
He is survived by 4 siblings Deborah (Richard) Fenstermarker of Brookville, PA; Leslie Grimming (Gary) of Pennsville, NJ; Herbert Ackley Jr. (Dorothy) of Maumelle, AR and Merle Ackley of Pennsville, NJ. Along with his three children Mark Allen Ackley Jr (Pasha) of Dawsonville, Ga; Erin Margaret Ackley of West Deptford, NJ and Stacy Bachman of Pennsville, NJ. As well as his loving girlfriend Leslie Nichols of New Castle, DE
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Donna Ackley and brother in-law Gary K. Grimming Sr. (Leslie).
