Marguerite Phillips of Pennsville, NJ age 94 passed away peacefully with family on November 8th, 2024. She will be reunited with her devoted husband, Tim, who passed in 2016. They were blessed to celebrate 62 years of marriage. Marguerite was a loving mother to four children: Tracy (and Garry) Sawyer of VA, Susan (and Spencer) Piel of TX, Mark (and Jacqueline) Phillips of TN, and Glenn Phillips (and Corey Osborn) of DE. She was a grandmother of five and a great-grandmother of eleven. She was a Pennsville court transcriber responsible for 18 New Jersey municipal court systems; she retired in 2010 with over 30 years of service. Marguerite was an avid fan of both her Eagles and Phillies, watching classic gameshows, completing puzzles in the daily newspaper, and spending time with family; but most of all she enjoyed everything about living on the Delaware River. Remembrance will be held privately by the immediate family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Supawna Meadows National Wildlife Refuge at 197 Lighthouse Rd., Pennsville, NJ 08070.
