Sarah Lee Cooper (nee Zook) age 64 of Pennsville, NJ passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, after a long battle with cancer. Sarah was a longtime resident of Salem County and a manager for Sunoco on the NJ Turnpike. Sarah is survived by her Husband, Loren Cooper, daughters, Nancy Dixon and Natalie Quirk, stepchildren, Diana Castiglione (Bob), and Chris cooper, brother, John Zook, grandchildren, Lorelia Dixon, Reann, Raina, Rayla, and Rustin Quirk, 2 step grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, friends, and her church family. She was predeceased by her parents, sister, Gayle Britton and her son in law Scott Dixon. Sarah will be missed by everyone. She was a fighter, but our loving God knew she was tired and it was time for her to rest. A memorial service will be held at the New Life Worship Center, 80 South Hook Rd., Pennsville, NJ 08070 on Sunday September 15th at 6:00 PM. Friends will from 4:30 to 6:00 PM prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family request s that donations be made to the New Life Worship Center to help cover funeral expenses for the family. www.laughreyfuneralhome.com
