Yacara Marie "Carrie" Perry passed away on June 28, 2024, at the age of 46, at her home with her family in Pennsville, NJ. Born on January 27, 1978, in Wilmington,DE Carrie spent over two decades at Dodds Dental Laboratory before dedicating her time as a stay-at-home mom. Carrie is remembered for her deep devotion to her family and her courageous battle with cancer over the last four and a half years.

Carrie was a beloved figure who always placed the needs of others before her own. She was a proud graduate of Del Castle Technical School, where she completed her education from primary through higher education. Carrie's life was a testament to love and resilience, qualities that were profoundly evident in her roles as a wife and mother.

She leaves behind her husband, Raymond Knappenberger III; children, Raymond IV, Ryan, (Twins) Mason, and Mackenzie Knappenberger; and siblings, Jennifer Perry and Leonard Perry. Carrie was preceded in death by her parents, Linda Sue Perry and Leonard Sage.

Carrie's life was rich with relationships and her home was always filled with joy and laughter, particularly when she was surrounded by her family and friends. The Laughrey Funeral Home, located at 1 N Broadway, Pennsville, NJ 08070, is assisting the family during this time. Carrie's life will be celebrated and remembered for the profound impact she had on those around her.

Memorial Service will be held 7:00pm Friday July 12 at the Laughrey Funeral Home Pennsville. where friends may call from 6-7:00pm prior to the service. Burial will be private.
