With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph "Joe" Douglas Carlson, who departed on May 27th, 2024. Joe, born Sept 15, 1983 to Gary and Lorri, is survived by his wife Brittany, children Paeton, Joey Jr., Lainie, siblings Ronda, Jaime, and many loved ones, Joe was the epitome of a favorite person– fun-loving, hilarious, and loyal. His dedication to his family was unwavering, and he was an exceptional father whose love for his children knew no bounds. Joe possessed a unique ability to effortlessly connect with others, making each person he encountered feel valued and appreciated. He was the life of the party, the heart of our gatherings, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Joe was an organ donor and in his last selfless act on earth he saved several lives (donors received his liver, kidneys, and heart). His heart has gone on to beat in someone else.
