Obituary of Gordon L. Samuels

Gordon L."Goldie" Samuels, age 72 of Pennsville, NJ died Friday January 12, 2024, at the Inspira Medical Center, Mullica Hill, NJ. He was born in Mannington Township and was the son of the late James Samuels and Iva Lea Harris Samuels. Goldie was a lifelong Pennsville resident and a 1970 graduate of Pennsville Memorial High School. He was employed as an executive Chef at several area restaurants including the Creek Side Inn, Woodstown, NJ where he retired. He also spent his summers in Rehoboth Beach, DE cooking at Obie's. He loved sports, keeping up with old friends, his El Camino and his dog Quinn. He is survived by his brother, David J. Samuels of Pennsville, NJ with whom Goldie lived.
