Judy Costa 6/11/1945 6/13/2023


Judy was born in Bridgeton to the late Arthur "Gummy" Myers and Ann Scull Myers. She graduated from Bridgeton HS class of 65 and worked at Thomas Studios after graduation..She was married to her loving husband Anthony Costa, (Butch) (Tony) on May 20th 1968 and recently celebrated 55 years of marriage.


They have two children, Michael Costa (Karen) of Pennsville and Brandi Costa (Bis) of Newark Delaware. They have a Granddaughter Kelsey Grigson (Kyle) of Winter Garden Fla, two step Grandchildren, Celine Marts (Dain) and Alec Marts both of Pennsville


Surviving is her sister, Carol Wilson (Rich) of Hockessin DE, and her brother, Arthur Myers, III (Charlotte ) of Pittsgrove NJ And many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Wayne Myers in 2019


After moving to Pennsville in 1974 she was a homemaker and loved cooking and baking for her family and friends and known for her delicious chocolate chip cookies. She worked at Busy Hands Day Care in Pennsville, Walt's Bus Service in Pedricktown, and Central Park School Cafeteria. She and her husband enjoyed Flea Markets and antiques, and her BLING! She enjoyed watching the cooking and shopping channels but kept to her budget.


She loved waiting for Her hummingbirds to return each year usually on her birthday but sadly she passed away peacefully in her sleep on June 13th in the early morning after a lengthy illness. The hummingbirds arrived that afternoon.


She will be sadly missed by her husband, children granddaughter, family friends and neighbors.


Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service at Laughery

Funeral Home 1 No Broadway at 11:00 AM Wednesday June21st. Friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the service. Burial will be private.
