G. Douglas Hancock Obituary
Glen Douglas Hancock, age 60, son of Margaret LaBoube Hancock and the late Glendon B. Hancock passed away Thursday February 23, 2023 at the Christiana Hospital, Newark, NJ.
He is survived by his mother and sister, Karen Shuler of Houston, Texas.
After graduating from AIMS school in 1981 Doug went to the Salem ARC. Upon his mother's hospitalization in 2002 Doug entered a group home.
Every year in June the group home would bring Doug and his friends to the Pennsville home for the annual birthday pool party and cook out.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM on Tuesday February 28th at the St. John's Episcopal Church, 76 Market St, Salem, NJ 08079 where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the Service. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
