Ruthann Jensen-Ericksen, age 70, of Pennsville, went home to be with our Lord and Savior, on December 19, 2022, while surrounded by her family and loved ones.

Ruthann was born on September 17, 1952 in Elizabeth, New Jersey, and was the daughter of Gustav and Lena Jensen, who predeceased her. She was also predeceased by her brother, Thomas Jensen.

She is survived by her oldest son, Michael Ericksen and his wife Tawanna Ericksen, her second son, Timothy Ericksen, and youngest son, David Ericksen. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Amanda, Aimee, Lukas and Mia, as well as her great granddaughter, Kendra. She also leaves behind her siblings, Fred Jensen and Lois Jensen, as well as multiple other family members to include her beloved dog, Abby.

Ruthann deeply loved her family and was an extremely giving person, often willing to provide anything to anyone that needed it. She was often considered to be a "second mom" to a lot of her children's friends. Her giving nature led her to become a nurse and she worked in the profession for over 30 years. She was always loved by her patients and adored by her coworkers. Ruthann touched a lot of hearts and will be deeply missed by her surviving family and friends.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM on Friday December 23rd at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville, NJ where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Lawnside Cemetery, Woodstown, NJ.
