Janet Nora Watson, 74 of Carneys Point, NJ was called home early morning on September 29, 2022. She was born in Philadelphia and was the daughter of the late William Beamer and Madeline Lang Beamer. She is survived by her loving husband of 34 years Richard J. Watson of Carneys Point, NJ, sons, Brian Benedik and Derick Prince of Pennsville, daughter, Brenda Billingsley of Penns Grove, sisters, Joyce Prasch of Deepwater, NJ, Kathy Boos of Pennsville, NJ, Karen Bartlett of Carneys Point, NJ, 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sons, Brent Benedik and Brad Benedik, 4 brothers, William, Richard, Kenneth and Dennis, and sisters, Esther and Deborah. Janet loved spending time with her family, cooking and the outdoors. A memorial service will be held 8:00 PM on Tuesday October 4th at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville, where friends may visit from 6:00 to 8:00 PM prior to the service. Burial of cremains will be private at the Lawnside Cemetery, Woodstown, NJ In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to the American Heart Association or the American Kidney Fund. www.laughreyfuneralhome.com
