Sheila W. Haslett, age 80 of Pilesgrove Township passed away Saturday June 4, 2022, at her home surrounded by loved ones. She was born in Carbondale, PA and was the daughter of the late Robert Walsh and Mae Anders Walsh. Sheila was a longtime Salem County resident. She enjoyed traveling and an active lifestyle. Her adventures included skiing, white water rafting, hot air Ballooning, kayaking and zip lining. She was employed for over 30 years as a school teacher for the Pennsville Board of Education. She received her masters degrees from Glassboro State and West Chester State Colleges. The family is grateful for the care and support she received from Bayada Home Health Care. Survived by her husband, Theodore "Ted" H. Haslet, daughter, Lisa Dalessio and her husband Anthony Monzo, stepson, Timothy S. Haslett and his wife Kim, step grandchildren,Timmy, Tori and Taylor, and step great grandchild, Olivia. She was predeceased by a daughter, Lillian Dalessio. Funeral services will be held 5:00 PM Thursday June 9th at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville, where friends and family may call from 4:00 to 5:00 PM prior to the service. Burial will be private.
