Frank A. Karr, age 88, of Pennsville, NJ, passed away on March 9, 2022, at the Salem Medical Center.
Frank was born and raised in Buffalo, NY, and forever loved his Buffalo Bills and Sabres. He enlisted in the U.S. Army right out of high school and served for three years. After he was discharged, he went to college on the G.I. Bill. He received his Civil Engineering Degree from Michigan Technological Institute and later earned his Professional Engineering License. Frank worked in the Engineering Department at E.I. duPont at the Louviers site until his retirement and then as a consultant after retiring.
Frank loved all sports, especially golf. He was an avid golfer with a scratch handicap. He enjoyed spending time at their vacation homes in Honeoye, NY, and Zephyrhills, Florida, where he spent many days golfing and boating.
Frank is survived by his wife of 33 years, Judy Adams Karr; son, Douglas Karr, of Roswell, GA; stepson, Kevin Mulhern (Erica), of Wilmington, DE; grandchildren, Logan Karr, Riley Karr, Georgia Mulhern, and Mila Mulhern. He is also survived by a sister, Arlene Denver.
Mr. Karr was predeceased by a daughter, Pamela Karr Perry, and a brother, David Karr.
As per Frank's request, he will be cremated and there will be no services.
