Obituary of Judith D. Bradford

Judith "Judy" D. Bradford, age 65 of Pennsville, NJ died Monday February 21, 2022, peacefully at her home. She was born in Mannington Twp., NJ and was the daughter of the late Carmen Cafaro and Catherine Casey Cafaro. Judy was a lifelong dedicated Salem County resident. She was a 1974 graduate of Pennsville Memorial High School and a graduate of Glassboro State (AKA Rowan University). Judy was a star athlete in Pennsville sports and in college. She worked for the Pennsville Recreation Department for 41 years and took pride in maintaining the park, keeping it in a pristine condition. She was also responsible for the many programs for the youth, of which she truly enjoyed watching the children blossom and grow within the community. She was a longtime member of The River Church in Penns Grove and selflessly gave her time to the grounds and maintenance of the church along with being in control of the soundboard for praise and worship and services. Anything that needed to be done, she was always there to volunteer herself. Survived by her husband of 40 years, John W. "Skip" Bradford, daughters, Nicole "Nikki" McFadden and her husband Sean, Casey Gaddy and her husband Stephen, and Kristin McNiss and her husband, Jules "Jay" Jr., sisters, Linda Smith, Brenda "Sissy" LaPalomento and her husband, Ronald, grandchildren, Kyra, Delaney, Lucas and Enzo, and many other family and friends. She is predeceased by, brother, Quinn Kite and his wife Shirley. Judy had an impact on everyone she encountered and will truly be missed. There will be a celebration of life service will be held 4:00 PM on Saturday, March 26th at The River Church, 222 South Broad St, Penns Grove, NJ, where friends may call from 3:00 to 4:00 PM prior to the service at 4:00 PM, with food and fellowship following.
