David A. Tomlin, Sr. age 68 of Pennsville died Wednesday May 19, 2021 at the Salem Medical Center, Mannington, NJ. He was born in Mannington and was the son of the late Oscar V. Tomlin and Mary I. Hovis Tomlin. Dave was a 1971 graduate of Pennsville Memorial High School. He was formerly employed by the Memorial Hospital of Salem County as a Blue Seal boiler operator for 40 years. He also worked as a real estate agent for several Pennsville real estate brokers. Survived by his wife of 43 years, Phyllis Y. Hogate Tomlin, children, David A. Tomlin, Jr. and his wife, Andrea and Dina White and her husband, Todd, sister, Berta I. Lockwood grandchildren, Marissa White, Gillian White, David A. Tomlin, III, and Anthony J. Tomlin Predeceased by a brother, Vernon A. Tomlin, and a grandson, Drew White. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM on Tuesday, May 25th at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville where friends may call Monday evening 7:00 to 8:30 PM. Burial will be at the Lawnside Cemetery, Woodstown, NJ.
