Ronnie L. Harris, age 58, of Pennsville died Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at his residence. He was born in Salem and is the son of Hazel W. Smith Harris, of Pennsville, and the late James W. Harris (2004). Ronnie was a lifelong Salem County resident and a 1972 graduate of Salem High School. Ronnie was a retired DuPont Chambers Works Operator and an EMT and Hazmat Technician with DuPont. Ronnie had a passion for fishing and was a member of the Salem County Bass Masters Association. He also loved to work on cars and woodworking. Survived by his daughter Jennifer L. Cuff and his son-in-law Jason M. Cuff of Pennsville, sister Connie Call of PA, brother Terry Harris of PA, and grandchildren; Tyler and Sabrina Harris and Jacqueline, Julie and Jenna Cuff. Predeceased by wife Sharon L. Harris (2006), sons, Ronnie L Harris (2010) and Tommy J. Harris (2007), sister, Joanne Smith (2009), brothers Gary Harris and Joel Harris, mother-in-law Laura Newkirk, and father-in-law Donald Ayars. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday Aug 19, at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the service. Burial will be private.
