Virginia Lee Castle, age 85 of Salem County, NJ passed away on Saturday January 9, 2021 at the Golden Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Mannington Twp., NJ. She was born October 27, 1935 in Wilmington, DE and was the daughter of the late Vernon Steele Hargan, Sr. and Mary Holmes Hargan.
She was a member of the Park Bible Baptist Church in Pennsville and taught Sunday School for those with special needs of many years. She loved to read her bible and pray.
Virginia loved to sew and craft and enjoyed going to craft shows and selling what she had made.
Virginia and her late husband Jacob Castle were married in December 1959 in Wilmington, DE.
Virginia is survived by her 3 children, Mark, Castle, David Castle and Tammy Dixon, 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Predeceased by her husband, Jacob P. Castle in 2008 and her siblings Vernon, Lena, Calvin and Tommy.
Burial of cremains will be held at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery at a later date.
