Joel Keese Murphy

Joel Keese Murphy, age 69, of Pennsville, N.J., passed from this life into eternal life November 20, 2020. Joel was born November 6, 1951, the son of Thomas M. Murphy and Mary Agnes Murphy, deceased, of Carney's Point, NJ and loving husband of wife Anna, deceased.
Joel was a graduate of Penns Grove High School. He was well respected in the auto body repair industry, former employee of the Delaware River and Bay Authority Delaware Memorial Bridge, and a member of the Painters Union LU 1331. He had a passion for family, auto racing, golf, grilling, darts, and horseshoes. He was an active member of the VFW, Servicemen's Memorial Home, and the DuPont Vets.
He is survived by his children Kimberly, Jason, and Shaun and brothers Jim, and Mark, and a sister Joan M. Thayer
A celebration of life and memorial service will be held 1:00 PM on Friday November 27th at the St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish/Corpus Christi Church, 369 Georgetown Rd.,
Carney's Point, NJ 08069.
Burial will be private.
