Tami Lee Ottinger (Epps), age 57, passed away Sunday, November 1st after a sudden and quick cancer diagnosis. She is predeceased by her mother Cindy Depew and is survived by her father, Bob Epps, step mother Judy Epps, Stepfather Bill Depew, husband Mike Ottinger Sr, daughter Brooke Anne Ottinger, and stepchildren Christine, Michelle, and Michael Ottinger Jr, and sisters Kim (Bob) Burkentine (Epps) and Kristi Epps-Wolfer, as well as her stepbrothers Billy and Brandon Depew. Tami was a graduate of Pennsville Memorial High School and went on to work for a company as a secretary for the next ten years, where she met her husband. Tami was a dedicated mother, sister, and friend. She spent her favorite days sea glass hunting with her best friend Diane, talking on the phone with her best friend Linda, going to the beach, and walking her grand-dog Pippin. Tami was a pure animal and nature lover, complete with a butterfly tattoo. She loved many things in life, but everyone knew her for her love of waffles (Eggos only) and Coca-Cola. Tami will be remembered for her spunky attitude and her unfailing ability to be compassionate, fiercely kind and selfless, and hilariously matter-of-fact. A small service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday November 7th at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville where friends may call from 9:00 to 10:00 AM.
