>> James P. Buonocore of Pennsville, 81, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on June 24, 2023. Jimmy was pre-deceased by his beloved wife, Suzie Buonocore. Jimmy was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and uncle. Devoted father to Fortune and Jimmy, and Matthew and Luz. Also survived by his loving grandchildren James, Gabrielle, Joseph, Stephen, Nicholas and Juan. He will be joining his late loving siblings Terry, Tommy, Artie, Johnny, and Margie. Jimmy also leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews. Jimmy was a former New York City bus driver. He loved watching Yankees baseball games, going to the casinos, spending time with his family, and laughing! He was always there when you needed him and had a heart of gold. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 AM on Thursday June 29th at the St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish/Corpus Christi Church, 369 Georgetown Rd., Carneys Point, NJ. Friends may call Wednesday from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at the Laughrey Funeral Home, One North Broadway, Pennsville, NJ. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to: Little Sisters of the Poor, Queen of Peace Residence 110-30, 220 First St., Queens Village, NY 11429-2597.
