Anne Garrett Britton of Pennsville passed away on May 26 at Friends Village Woodstown NJ Anne was born in Elkton Maryland to Virginia Loomis Garrett and Robert Garrett on June 19, 1941 She graduated in 1964 from Mount Aviat Academy in Childs Maryland. She enjoyed plastic canvas, needlework, drawing and painting. She was totally involved in collecting ephemera that showed dogs. She is survived by her husband of 47 years Philip S Britton, her brother Daniel Garrett, niece Tara Houser and nephew Rob Garrett. Plus, numerous cousins from the Loomis clan. She was predeceased by her parents. Anne won both the Campaign Chairman's and President's Award for her volunteer work with the United Way of Salem County. She was most proud of receiving the Bishop's Medal for service to the Camden Diocese for the simple task of taking reservations and explaining the purpose of Pre Cana over the phone for over 25 years.
