Expressing my deepest sympathy to Julie, Anthony, and Billy over the passing of your father (and grandfather). The Richardson family has been our dearest neighbors for many years. Our two families go way back. I will always remember Bill's kind, gentle, and caring nature. It was always a pleasure chatting with him about current events, neighborhood history, and the best take-out spots in town. Bill always looked forward to seeing and petting my dog Evan. Before he retired, I remember seeing Bill at Hudock's Custard Stand busy at work. He took great pride in this position and enjoyed seeing familiar friends. I will never forget him or his kindness. Rest in peace.
