With a heavy heart I would like to say, I’m so very sorry to hear about the passing of Shelba. She was one of my favorites. I will truly miss sitting with her, 3 days a week. We always had very interesting conversations. My heart goes out to her family. RIP my angel.

So sorry to hear of her passing. Remember her taking me to hospital when i was in labor at 3am with my daughter. She was a good woman and friend. She was funny and kind to us. She lived by my mom on church st.
Shelba was a dedicated police matron who served many years assisting the police department searching and guarding female prisoners. She also worked one of the school crossing posts, protecting our children.
